Refund Policy
We aim to provide a valuable and affordable learning experience through our Trading Masterclass. While the session is offered at a minimal cost, refunds are subject to specific conditions as outlined below:
once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 days
1. No Refund for Attended Sessions
Once the session has started or access to the session materials has been granted, we are unable to offer any refunds. This ensures the fairness and integrity of the experience for all learners.
2. Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same registration, we will verify the transaction and process a refund for the extra payment within 6–7 working days. You must retain the payment confirmation receipts or transaction IDs as proof.
3. Session Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that Growth Index cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method without the need for a refund request.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (where eligible), you must send an email to our support team within 24 hours of your payment. Please include the following:
- Full name and contact number
- Payment date and amount
- Transaction ID or screenshot of the payment
- Brief reason for the refund request

Important Notes:
- Refunds are not applicable for sessions already delivered or accessed.
- Processing time for approved refunds is 6–7 working days.
- All decisions made by the Growth Index support team regarding refund eligibility will be final.
