By enrolling in the Growth Index Trading Masterclass, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure a clear understanding between Growth Index and its learners and to protect the integrity of the training experience.
1. Registration
All registrations for this masterclass are strictly individual and non-transferable. When enrolling, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information including your full name, a valid email address, and an active contact number. This information is essential for issuing confirmation details, providing access to session content, and enabling future communication related to the course. Participants are not allowed to transfer or share their access with anyone else under any circumstances. Doing so may lead to immediate removal from the course without refund or prior notice.
2. Payment
The registration fee for the masterclass is ₹9 only, and it grants full access to the training session as advertised. This fee is a nominal charge intended to make the session accessible to a wider audience. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways to ensure safety and compliance. Please note that the fee is non-refundable in general. However, exceptions may apply in specific situations as described in our Refund Policy such as duplicate transactions or cancellation from our side. By enrolling, you accept that no refund claims will be entertained outside the mentioned conditions.
3. Content Usage
All course content — including but not limited to videos, slides, strategies, materials, and live session recordings — is the intellectual property of Growth Index. This content is provided solely for the personal learning of registered participants. Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, distributing, copying, reselling, or publicly displaying any part of the session, including screenshots, video snippets, or written content. Any such unauthorized use will be considered a violation of copyright law and legal action may be taken. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the course and the trainer’s efforts, ensuring a fair learning environment for all.
4. Disclaimer
